A rich fruit cake covered in

marzipan and fondant.

Decorated with white sugar lilies 

and a yellow bow. 

Zebra Star Cake

Madeira sponge sandwiched with

jam and buttercream covered in

white and black fondant.

Cupcake Collection

Cupcakes ordered for an office leaving party.

They include;

Coffee cupcakes with a cappuccino frosting.

Strawberry cupcakes with a vanilla frosting.

Vanilla cupcakes with an almond frosting.

Vanilla cupcakes with a strawberry frosting.

All decorated with either chocolate stars,

flower paste shapes or sugar stars.

Spudography

A fantastic friend of mine who goes by the profession of photographer, set up a photo shoot for some of my cakes this weekend. He is brilliant at what he does so please check him out.

The Wedding Experience

The Fondant Fairy will be an exhibitor at The Wedding Experience on the 14th April at The Ramada Hotel in Hollingbourne, Maidstone from 5pm - 9pm.
