Now in its third year, National Cupcake Week is organised by British Baker magazine to celebrate this glorious sweet bakery product: 12-18 September 2011.
The Fondant Fairy will be involved by donating 50% of all cupcake profits in September to the National Cupcake Week children's charity - CLIC Sargent, fundraising for children and young people with cancer.
Also! Next week during National Cupcake Week, I will be auctioning off boxes of cupcakes AND holding a competition where you can WIN a giant cupcake! With all proceeds going to CLIC.
